How much does it cost?

Depends on what we're building. We price to outcomes, not hours. After the first chat you'll know if it's worth scoping further, and we'll get you a firm number fast. No six-figure discovery phase required.

How long does it take?

Usually 3-8 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on scope. We scope tightly up front so you know exactly what you're getting and when. We'd rather put one process live in four weeks than the whole platform in nine months.

Do you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. We build around what you run, whether that's Reapit, Yardi, MRI Qube, Xero or a spreadsheet somebody built years ago. If it has an API we wire into it. If it doesn't, we've usually still found a way.

What happens after launch?

We stay close. AI moves fast and systems need tuning. We offer ongoing support, or train your team to run it themselves.

Where does our data sit?

Your data stays yours. We don't pool client data and we don't train anything on it. Leases, valuations, credit papers and tenant records belong to you, and we'll put that in writing before we start.

How is this different from an agency or consultancy?

We don't sell decks, hours or strategy reports. We build working systems that earn their place, and we focus on property, so you're not paying for us to learn what a lease is.
